Excellent company to deal with. Great customer service throughout the entire installation period. Kept me up to date and made sure we had a seamless cut over from our old ISP. Highly recommended.

I have just had 3 FireNet connections installed and can't rate these guys high enough. The support and service they give is exceptional. We were kept up to date on the progress of all installs and the provisioning team made sure everything was configured to ourrequirements. Highly recommended.

We recently installed a FireNet fibre service into our Brisbane office. I can't speak highly enough of the people at FireNet. They kept us updated on the installation along the way and helped us migrate from our old internet service.
FireNet’s ability to provide nbn™ services is subject to a service qualification check and the availability of nbn™ infrastructure available at the customers premises. The technology used to deliver nbn™ products will depend on the infrastructure between the customers premises and the NBN network.
The equipment required will depend on what service technology nbn™ has rolled out at your site location. For copper based nbn™ technologies such as Fibre to the Node, Fibre to the Building you will require a nbn™ compatible modem in order to connect to the FireNet network.
For all other nbn™ service types you will be provided an ethernet cable handoff and will therefore need a router with an ethernet WAN port.
FireNet’s provisioning team can assist with any equipment that may be required.
FireNet offers Managed nbn™ services on contract terms of 12 months or higher. A managed router provided by FireNet allows for us to provide system down alerting, traffic reporting and staff assisted configuration for your service router.
Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP): This technology delivers fibre optic cables directly to homes and businesses, providing high-speed and reliable internet access.
Fibre-to-the-Node (FTTN): This technology involves running fibre optic cables to a central node in an area, with the final connection to homes and businesses made using existing copper infrastructure.
Fibre-to-the-Curb (FTTC): This technology involves installing fibre optic cables to a distribution point located within close proximity to homes and businesses, with the final connection made using existing copper infrastructure.
Hybrid Fibre-Coaxial (HFC): This technology uses coaxial cables to deliver broadband services to homes and businesses.
Fixed Wireless: This technology uses wireless signals to deliver broadband services to homes and businesses in rural and regional areas.
Each technology type has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the mix of technologies used in each area will depend on factors such as existing infrastructure and the density of homes and businesses. The NBN aims to provide fast and reliable broadband services to all Australians, regardless of the technology used in their area.
